So for freshers, Coditas has this hiring process that's got five parts. First, there's an online group discussion, then an advanced group discussion, after that an L1 technical interview, then an L2 technical interview, and finally a communication test. They check your tech knowledge and soft skills in each round, talking about stuff like AI, ethical issues, and your projects.

So, first I had to do this online coding test, which was all about how well I can solve problems and my knowledge of data structures and algorithms. After I passed that, I went through two technical interviews. In those, they asked me about Java, OOP, SQL, and we did some debugging. The last part was an HR interview where we talked about my projects, how I communicate, and if I'd be a good fit. The whole thing was pretty straightforward and professional.
