The interview process was pretty smooth and took about a week. It started with an HR call, followed by a Level 1 interview with a QA Engineer focusing on basic testing terms. If that went well, Level 2 was with a QA Lead, discussing the role, responsibilities, and past projects. The technical interview felt like a two-way conversation, helping to clarify technical concepts. After clearing Level 2, HR contacted me for document verification, and upon submission, I received an offer letter.

It was a very good experience. There were 3 rounds in total, with 2 technical rounds and 1 manager round, followed by an HR discussion. The interviewers were friendly and knowledgeable, asking both theoretical and practical, real-time questions. The HR representative was professional. Even after declining the offer, they maintained professionalism, making it a great interview experience overall. I would love to join Coditas in the future.

It was a 5 stage process. First two rounds were group discussions. They gave us simple topics and gave everyone a minute or two to speak. They checked our fluency, grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary. Then there were two technical interviews where they asked questions based on my resume. Finally, there was an HR round.
