Behavioral Other

I had an initial interview with two people, but it was awkward because they knew each other and talked a lot about personal stuff, making it hard for me to speak. The next week, they called me back for a one-on-one to see where I could fit in. This interview was okay, but they didn't really explain the job much, and when I asked, their answers were vague. The next day, they offered me a job that doesn't start for two months. They were fast with callbacks and always polite.

The interview process was pretty standard. They started by going over my background in education and experience. Then, there were some competency exams, which were easy. I also had to take a wpm typing test and a basic math test. I think there might have been a third test, but I can't remember. Overall, it was a pretty easy interview process. If they liked me, they said they would bring in some management for more questions and an introduction to my specific department.
