The process was very agile, everything was transparent and clear. Excellent communication and performance from the person who accompanied me throughout the selection process. The technical interviews were also very pleasant, they got straight to the important points.

I've been contacted via LinkedIn so far, and I've already interviewed with the client. There's a second interview pending. I'll note that there's still missing info about benefits, hiring conditions, and how often salary increases happen. The salary I asked for has been respected throughout the process.

I applied for a Software Engineer position I saw on LinkedIn. The requirements in the job description were clear and I met them, as detailed in my CV. A recruiter reached out a few days later, rather spontaneously via WhatsApp, without any prior email coordination. I was busy at that moment, so we agreed to talk again a couple of hours later. On the second call, with little introduction, I was asked to summarize my experience. When I mentioned that I haven't been hands-on developing in recent years (which was clearly stated in my CV, both in the professional summary and experience sections), the conversation was cut short with the statement that the role required current development. This requirement wasn't clarified in the original job posting. The call ended there and lasted less than three minutes. I understand that recruiting processes can be tight on time, but I believe it's important to read the CV beforehand and show some consideration for candidates who invest time and expectations in each process.
