First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Coderio.
Senior Java Developer
The hiring process was very quick. First, I had an interview with the HR representative. The following week, I had a technical interview. It was a conversational but in-depth discussion with the architect about various topics, without any online coding. We also briefly discussed the business. On the same day, after the interview, they made me a financial offer.
- Discuss topics, design patterns, and characteristics of Hibernate and Spring, and thread management.
- Tell me about design patterns.
- What are Hibernate's characteristics?
Senior Java Developer
I really enjoyed the process. I had 2 other companies in the final stage (out of 5 or 6 total stages) with the client, and this company was in the second or third stage. I didn't have much experience moving through the hiring process so quickly and happily. I think it's very important for all of us in these crazy times to make the world more interesting and not boring. When you pass interviews like this, you want to do the best possible for this company in return.
- The process was very interesting: I was asked about a system's structure to evaluate how I can see potential problems.
Java Backend Engineer
They were super efficient. I was contacted on LinkedIn, and we scheduled an interview with the client. The interview lasted 60 minutes. Right after it ended, they sent me a formal offer.
- Tell me about your experience with processes and methodologies, as well as the core of Spring and Java.
