Software Developer
The interview process starts with a recruiter call, then moves to a technical screen focusing on DSA and system design concepts like scalability, APIs, and databases. After that, there's an onsite interview which includes an HR round where they ask about your strengths, weaknesses, projects, teamwork, conflict handling, career goals, and communication skills.

Camp Counselor
Good interview, they asked about my past work history. They also wanted to know if I had any prior coding experience and if I'd taught kids coding concepts. It's important to know Microsoft Make Code and block coding concepts that use javascript.

Tutor
The interview was straightforward with simple questions about my resume and what I submitted. There were also behavioral questions asking how I would handle different situations when working with kids. No coding questions were asked. They clearly explained the interview structure beforehand. Overall, it was a good experience.

Code Sensei
They asked about my strengths and weaknesses and how I'd manage a neuro-divergent student. We also talked about my prior coding experience, like with Python and Java. I was given several scenarios and asked how I'd handle them. For instance, they asked how I'd deal with a parent who's unhappy about their child's progress.
