The interview process involved 5-star questions and role-playing. There was a lack of common courtesy for follow-up emails or calls after the interview, suggesting a disregard for the candidate's time. Interviewer training on basic follow-up decency might be beneficial.

It was super easy and fast. First, we had an intro chat. Then, they looked over my resume with me. We went through some STAR method questions. After that, there was a role-play exercise that was relevant to the job. Finally, they let me ask questions.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview started with about 4 or 5 behavioral questions, asking for examples in the STAR format. Then there was a role play where I had 10 minutes to get ready to give a 10-minute pitch. The task was to sell Coke products to a potential customer who owned six convenience stores and was planning renovations. This customer catered to a younger demographic and had noticed an increase in energy drink sales, but they didn't currently stock any Coke energy drinks.
