Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Coca Cola Andina.
Analyst
The HR team was great, super organized, and responded quickly. Everyone was professional and respectful, both during the company interviews and with the consulting firm for the psychometric tests. I totally recommend working here.
- What are your goals for the next 5, 10, and 20 years?
Analyst
It was a phone call, a group interview, an interview with the department head, and a psychological interview. Nothing too difficult, just normal and accessible questions. They asked me to describe previous work experiences, what I learned from them, and how I'd apply that to the new job.
- Tell me about your previous work experiences.
Analyst
They were always handled over the phone, they never intended to have an in-person interview. They did all the pre-employment check-ups for me and then decided on another candidate, they didn't give me reasons or anything like that.
- Simple questions about behavior and experiences from previous jobs.
