The interview was quite objective. They analyzed my existing skills and experience and how they match the opportunity. It's a great experience to work with SAP MM, programming, and industrial maintenance shutdown planning, as well as applying the necessary adaptations according to current NRs and NBRs within the context of the Beverage Industry.

It was in person, they scheduled the interview for 1 pm. When we got there, we waited outside the factory in plastic chairs in the heat. We were only attended to after 2 pm and that's when the process started, which only ended at 5 pm. We had the interview with HR, then the Excel test, and after the interview with the manager. It was not informed at any time that the process would be like this, until then it was just an interview. We went the whole day without eating anything.
