Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a pretty straightforward interview for a sales position. They aimed to create a relaxed atmosphere, chatting about my past work and personal background. I met with two managers. Then, I had to do a role-play where I sold a product (MtFranklin water) to a cafe, using the marketing and profit info they gave me. There were objections I had to handle to close the sale.

I sent in my application and heard back a few weeks later. The first step was a chat with HR to see if I got the role and ask me basic stuff like why I want to work for CCA, what my experience is, and for examples of customer service and sales. Then I interviewed with two sales managers. They were really nice and made me feel comfortable. They asked standard questions and then we did a role play. I got some time to prepare it and had to figure out some basic trade math. Then we did the role play and that was it! It was a super chill interview. The next day, one of the managers called me and asked me to go on a ride-along with someone doing the job. It was a good chance to really get what the role is about and ask questions to someone actually doing it. I got a call with an offer the same day.

We had a phone interview first, then two in-person interviews, followed by a psychiatric evaluation and a physical exam. They asked a lot about your last job and wanted evidence. You should dress well and be positive and ready. The physical checks your ability to push weights because there's a lot of physical work.
