I was contacted 6 weeks after submitting my application for the position. Surprisingly, there was no initial phone screen. The recruiter I spoke with seemed quite new to the role and couldn't provide any details about the interview format, only the date and the interviewer's name. She mentioned she'd get back to me about the interview style, which was important for preparation, but never did. It made me wonder if she was an intern or in a student role. The actual interview went okay. I met with my potential manager and an HR representative. Both seemed to lack extensive interviewing experience, making it hard to gauge the situation – were they being friendly or was it going well? The HR person asked typical situational questions from a checklist. I felt the interview went fine. It was difficult to read the interviewers' reactions as they seemed very pleasant, and perhaps I wasn't what they were looking for. The unexpected part was the complete lack of follow-up. I considered reaching out to them but decided to wait and see how long it would take. However, I never heard back, indicating I didn't advance to the next stage.

I sent in my application and heard back a few weeks later. The first step was a chat with HR to see if I got the role and ask me basic stuff like why I want to work for CCA, what my experience is, and for examples of customer service and sales. Then I interviewed with two sales managers. They were really nice and made me feel comfortable. They asked standard questions and then we did a role play. I got some time to prepare it and had to figure out some basic trade math. Then we did the role play and that was it! It was a super chill interview. The next day, one of the managers called me and asked me to go on a ride-along with someone doing the job. It was a good chance to really get what the role is about and ask questions to someone actually doing it. I got a call with an offer the same day.

Applied online, then did some online tests (numerical, verbal, logical). After that, had a video interview via Vieple. The Assessment Centre in Sydney was next, with about 12 people competing for 2 spots. It involved a group case, a 1:1 behavioural interview, and a case presentation (prepared in about 24 hours). Then there were referee checks, and finally an offer which took a few weeks. I was told at the Assessment Centre there would be a Final Interview in Sydney, but I didn't have one. I liked that they called me on the phone as well as emailing me after video interviews; it felt personal, unlike other big companies that just emailed invites.

The whole process took about two months. I started by applying online. About a month later, I had a phone interview that was around 10 minutes, mostly about personal details. The final stage was a face-to-face interview that lasted 30 minutes and involved three interviewers.
