Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The positive aspects were the welcoming, professional, and transparent recruitment team. The interviews were well-structured, aiming to assess a mix of skills like technical abilities, cultural fit, and strategic thinking. I really liked the business case presentation, it let me show what I can do and how I understand the company's needs. Talking with everyone – the hiring manager, VP CS, and HR – was great; it felt collaborative and supportive. On the downside, the process took way too long, over 7 weeks, with slow feedback sometimes and long gaps between stages. This made waiting stressful and not very fast for a scale-up. Also, some final decision factors like location or very specific experience weren't mentioned upfront, which would have been helpful. The steps were: a first phone chat with HR about the role and my motivations. Then a deep dive with the hiring manager about my background and skills. After that, I prepared and presented a business case, followed by a detailed discussion. Finally, an interview with the VP CS to check cultural alignment and long-term outlook. Even though I didn't get the job, I found it a learning experience and got useful feedback. I still recommend CoachHub for those ready for a demanding and thorough process.

Behavioral Case Presentation

So I talked to the TA Specialist first, then the Hiring Manager. After that, I had a chat with a peer and then did a Business Case presentation. It felt like they expected me to already know all about their lines of business and products. Some of the people in the assessment were kind of rude, honestly. I get it if what I showed wasn't what they were looking for, but they didn't have to make me feel so terrible. My overall experience was pretty bad.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was smooth. The recruiter was very communicative about the process and although it was a bit long, any delays that came up were shared asap and provided a clear roadmap of what I could expect at each stage in the process. Everyone I chatted with was professional and warm and provided a great snapshot of the company culture. After an interview with the recruiter, the VP and peer interview, I went on to do a case study presentation. This was a great preview of how I would deal with clients, my management style and how I would approach a difficult but realistic scenario. Although turn around time for the scenario was quick, it was very realistic given the nature of Customer Success and what we often deal with in this type of work. Overall, I was quite pleased with how the interview process took place.
