Behavioral Presentation

The recruitment process usually starts with a recruiter screen, then a hiring manager interview. There was a role play component where I had to present a 30-60-90 day plan, which was fine. What I found a bit odd was the request to profile and map target accounts with stakeholders, create a presentation, and share it. I only listed the roles I'd target, as I value my time and network too much to share freely without pay. This didn't sit well with them, and it felt like they were just going through the motions because they clearly weren't going to offer me the job.

Behavioral Technical

First there was a screening interview with some questions just to get to know you. It was a standard interview, kind of fast-paced and not very empathetic. It lasted 30 minutes. If you passed that, you'd then have a 1o1 with the hiring manager. After that, there's the referral process, and the final step is the offer letter.

Behavioral Other

The process was quick and fair, nothing to complain about. It was a fast process with quick steps. The requirements and conditions were clear. They offered help with relocation and permit acquisition. The HR and the interviewer were nice. When it came to the offer, the date was a bit unclear, but I was rejected anyway. So, I can't complain.
