It was a 4 round process. First was a coding round with 2 coding questions and some tech specific questions. Then there were 2 technical discussion rounds. After that, a techno managerial discussion round. Finally, an HR discussion.

The process involves 4 interviews: first, an introductory chat with HR to discuss your motivations and current role. Then, a second meeting with HR and the hiring manager to align your career goals with the company's needs and understand how the company operates. The third interview is technical, with the manager and a team member, covering role-specific technical topics. Finally, a fourth round with the manager and their boss, which is a high-level mix of the previous discussions.

I interviewed on April 9, 2022, during a recruitment drive. I emailed my expectations and confirmed with the recruiter that they would only proceed if they could meet them. She agreed, and I was asked to interview urgently. I attended and passed all rounds. The unprofessional part was that after each round, I called her to reiterate my expectations and only continue if she was still okay with them. After the HR round, she stopped responding to calls and emails. Two weeks later, I found out they weren't going to meet my expectations. Be careful if you interview with CNH Gurgaon; their recruitment team is unprofessional and wastes candidates' time and effort. They don't know how to handle experienced candidates. There were two technical rounds and one HR round. The technical rounds covered CAN, Matlab, SW, UDS, and C language.
