I had two interviews, both were phone interviews. First interview lasted for 45 min. On second interview, I was asked same questions regarding my previous work experience and also provided me with ongoing projects and project I would work on. They also provided me brief description on the plant and company overview. 3 hours from my second interview I received a call from HR offering me the position and pay.

the process had three steps total I was contacted by email by the recruiter I had an online general interview with the recruiter to get to know each other and illustrate the role then I had an in-person meeting with the technical director at the company headquarters
