A staffing agency reached out to me, and about three weeks later, I got set up for an interview at the CNH facility. I met with three people: the supervisor, a test engineer, and someone from the staffing agency. We talked about my technical background and experience, some personality-related stuff, and a few situations. The whole thing took about two hours, and then they showed me around the facility.

I sent in my application online and heard back via email about three days later. They asked me to schedule an interview, so I set one up for the very next day. My first interview was with someone from HR, and it went pretty well. After that, I got a second interview with the hiring manager, which happened a week after the first one. The day following my second interview, I got offered the job! The whole thing took about 10 days from start to finish.

Had two phone interviews, one with HR and a second with the hiring manager. The second one got cancelled the day before because they apparently filled the role internally. It was an okay experience overall. The HR interview was pretty boring and felt really scripted.
