Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CNH Industrial.
Engineering Intern
The interview process was good and not too complicated. It included a group interview, a business panel, and an interview with the manager. They did a great job running the selection process and presenting slides about the company.
- What are your expectations for the internship?
Engineering Intern
First, there was an initial contact call with some information about the selection process. Then, I was asked to develop a solution for a production line problem to assess my problem-solving skills and the clarity of my proposal, including any modeling work.
- Could you describe three of your strengths?
- Can you explain the process you followed to create the solution?
Engineering Intern
I was indicated for an internship position, and they told me the steps of the selection process would be with HR, then the manager, and then some other steps. I had the interview directly with the manager, which was quick and they interrupted me a lot during my answers. They said they would send a response and feedback within a week, and even though I followed up for personal improvement, I didn't get a response, let alone any news.
- Can you describe your responsibilities at your previous employer and what your daily tasks involved?
- How did you manage stressful situations in your previous role?
