I applied through linkedin and was surprised to actually hear back from them. I went through 2 phone interview rounds and then 3 back to back interviews at their Chicago office. The interviewers were personable and easy going which is refreshing for an insurance company. Overall, the company seemed to be focused on re-developing their IT department which I liked. CNA will preform drug tests and background checks on candidates.

I applied online and they replied back pretty fast. I had to fill out a questionnaire asking about classes I've taken and to describe a project I did. Then I had two rounds of interviews and then an onsite interview. Everyone I met was really nice. The whole thing went smoothly and was pretty quick.
