The interview process was really good, felt like a casual chat about what I've done before and what I'm looking for in this job. Started with a screening call with HR, then I interviewed with the person who would be my manager, and after that, the rest of the team. They asked me some specific things about my resume and how it could fit what they need for the job.

It was just one interview round. First, I spoke with two HR people for 30 minutes, then I talked to two team members for another 30 minutes. They asked pretty standard questions about my experience and if I fit with what the company values.

I did an online initial interview at my convenience. Then, I went onto a 3 hr interview with several people. The interviewers would not give me feedback on why I was not selected and forwarded it to HR, who gave me a made up answer. The qualifications she made up were not even in the job description nor were they even discussed.
