It was pretty straightforward, the people were friendly and didn’t waste much time on stuff that wasn’t important. I spoke with Tom, who was really cool, and I forget the names of the other interviewers. The whole process took a while, you have to get through like 3 interviews.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Had a quick phone call to confirm I was still interested. The next day, I got invited to an open house for the job. It was about 3 hours long and really informative. We got to ask managers questions while waiting for our 15-minute interviews. The managers were nice and we got to know each other. After the open house, I was invited back for another interview that was about an hour long. They asked basic questions about different scenarios.

Behavioral Technical

I went through two interviews with CNA for a claims role but never heard back, not even a call or email to let me know they picked someone else. It was really unprofessional of HR not to follow up. It's also unprofessional to not tell someone who made it to the final rounds what happened. The whole process was really disorganized too. HR scheduled my second interview without checking my availability, and I was going to be out of town. They weren't flexible when I asked to reschedule. Honestly, it was just a disorganized and unprofessional experience.
