Had a video interview with ADP, and the recruiter was super nice, giving me weekly updates. The ADP person also seemed good. The whole thing was just 30 minutes. They mentioned there would be more interviews, but I didn't get past this first one.

It was a 30-minute behavioral and a 30-minute scenario-based interview involving graphs. The interviewers were really great and super friendly/energetic. They made me feel comfortable and shared insights on CNA's values, their own experiences, and why they prefer CNA.

Had two 30 minute phone interviews, first with HR and then an actuarial student. They were super enthusiastic and encouraging, asking normal behavioral questions. Then final round interviews at the home office. Three 30 minute interviews, one each for company fit, technical and analytical skills, and business acumen. Be ready for non-stop grilling in the technical interview. Have technical school or work projects that you can talk about extensively. Very positive experience overall.
