Quick online interview. Then they sent an invitation to go in person to the unit. There, we did a written test and also a short in-person interview with HR, lasting 2 hours. The next step will be an in-person training, and only after that will they decide if you'll be hired. They mentioned that the focus would be on distributing flyers in person, meaning you might have to walk all over São Paulo delivering flyers and approaching people to generate your own leads.
