They reach out to you and get you in pretty fast, but then it feels like a waste of time because they are actually looking for candidates that don't see through their tactics. The interviewer felt like a robot and didn't seem to care much about how the interview was going. The only person I met from the three interviews that they had planned was a woman from India who had a heavy accent and was very new to the US.

The interview process was tough, unlike what I expected because I thought it'd be easy given the relaxed environment. I first interviewed with Corona Xu, who seemed knowledgeable in marketing. I learned a lot from her. I got a callback for a second interview with CMX, which was unexpected. This second interview involved 8 other people, and the career path was explained in detail. In the end, 6 of us were hired. The salary with bonuses was a big draw, and the environment is exciting. There's potential for growth if you work hard, though the company is strict on performance, which might be a concern, but I believe it ensures quality.

Got a fast reply from HR. The interviews were brief and to the point. I really liked meeting the manager, she was super nice. The office was clean, and the vibe was fun and energetic; hoping to hear back and get to the next step.
