I applied in early December and had my two virtual interviews shortly after. It took about a month to hear back, finally getting an update in mid-January. This waiting period is typical for me when I apply to jobs; I often get interviewed and then don't hear anything back. The people I met were all great and gave me a good sense of the role. They asked questions about my experience and why I'm interested in the pharmaceutical industry.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a screening chat with HR. There was some back and forth over email and eventually talks with people on the team who needed to hire for a position. It took a while to get replies from the HR person.
