It was a three-phase process: a screening, then a first technical round, and finally a second technical round. The screening was easy, with usual questions. The technical rounds, each about an hour, usually had one from the client and the other from 'Cme'. They asked about everything.

Behavioral

I applied for a Software Engineering position for recent graduates. Even though I just graduated, I have about 6 months of programming experience. The job didn't need prior experience and my college grades were good. I figured I was overqualified given my experience and recent graduation. So I applied, and a week later, they asked for my grades, which I sent. Three days after that, they sent me an email saying my application wasn't selected. Weirdly, they still sent me a link to share my experience on Glassdoor. It would have been nice to at least get an interview since I felt I was more than qualified. The nepotism is just ridiculous.
