The process was bad. It started with a phone screening. The questions were disorganized and the pacing was off. It was strange that one director set up the screening and another conducted it, questioning their HR process. During the first/lunch round, an interviewer left early. They told me before I sat down, but given the rejection, it felt like they didn't care. I was rejected before I could even send thank you notes. This might be good if a company needs to know immediately if someone is a fit, but it's rough for someone who wants to be considered. The fast rejection showed no respect and was rude. They also addressed the rejection to 'Uniform' instead of my name, which is bizarre, especially since I didn't apply for that specific role. It was extremely unprofessional and showed a lack of care. I gained some experience, but I'd warn any detail-oriented, qualified candidate against working there.

Got a Sunday afternoon call to set up a phone interview for later that week. After the phone interview, I was invited for an in-person interview. For the in-person part, I had a one-on-one meeting first, then a group interview with two people. After that, two staff auditors took me to lunch to informally introduce me to the company. They mentioned they wouldn't influence the hiring decision unless I did something really bad. It was a nice way to wrap things up on a positive note. Sadly, no offer came, and they were also reluctant to tell me I wasn't selected. I ended up waiting three weeks before following up. In total, it took five weeks for them to communicate any further.

I applied through the university career site and got an on-campus interview. It was one-on-one, but they had two managers interviewing people separately. We started by chatting about the position, then they asked some questions about my resume and a couple of easy behavioral questions. The interviewer was nice, and I felt like it went well. They mostly asked simple behavioral questions.
