Programmer
The interview went really smoothly- the interviewer was really friendly and made me feel confident. The focus was on competency questions, but there were a few motivation questions as well. I'd recommend brushing up on key competencies using the STAR technique.
- What makes you interested in the Bright Futures program?
Programmer

- In what ways do you believe you are a good fit for this firm?
