Presentation Case

We were given a case study exercise and to come up with a presentation within a given time. Towards the end of the preparation for the presentation, 2 partners and someone of the human resources department came into to assess us, while also hearing our presentation.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with a verbal reasoning test. After that, I had an interview with HR where they asked standard questions. These included queries about my strongest quality, why they should hire me, and my reasons for applying to Clydes. They also asked competency-based questions related to problem-solving, analysis, teamwork, and dealing with pressured situations. The final stage was an interview with two partners. This part can differ depending on the partners involved. In my case, it felt like a 'good cop, bad cop' routine.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process kicked off with a test phone call, followed by a video call, then an assessment centre. After that, there was a vacation scheme, and finally, a final interview. This is the brief timeline for the interview process. It is rather long and very difficult to shine through especially at the early stages.
