I withdrew my application after looking into the company and reading the negative reviews on Glassdoor. Even so, the recruiter kept reaching out, sending casual and defensive messages that tried to dispute my choice and gave unasked-for advice. The communication was unprofessional, disregarded my stated worries, and had several spelling and grammar mistakes. This experience really reflects badly on the company and its hiring process.

So I applied and it was good at first. I had a recruiter chat and then did an assessment. Then there was nothing. I had to chase them for an update. I didn't get the job, which was a bummer, but I wish I knew why. What got me was that the job was still up on LinkedIn, but they said they found more qualified people. Then the job was posted again, so I don't know if the first rejection was legit or if they needed two people. I reapplied and got rejected in under 10 minutes because they found a closer fit. That felt like they didn't even look at my application, maybe an AI did it? I was really excited about this company before, but seeing how they treat applicants makes me reconsider. I know it's tough for recruiters, but it's also tough for applicants, and it's a real confidence drain. This company doesn't seem to get that.

I applied for this role through a recruiter and got invited to an HR interview, which they initially forgot to schedule. The interview went okay, with standard questions about my background. After these initial positive interviews, I was told to expect an invitation for the next round within two days, but I haven't heard anything back in about two months. I haven't received any feedback or response to my follow-up emails. It was a predictable outcome.

The interview process was pretty positive and took about 45 days, spread across four main parts. First, there was an intro call with a helpful talent consultant who explained everything and kept in touch. Then, I had an hour-long chat with the VP of Engineering, which I really enjoyed. After that, I completed two assessments, one focusing on soft skills and another as a personality test. Finally, I met with the engineering manager and tech leads to get a better feel for the company, its culture, how it's structured, and their day-to-day work.
