Behavioral Group Presentation
The interview focuses mainly on the candidate's personality. Part of the interview is in English. Situational exercises are used to test candidate reactions. The candidate's team spirit is assessed. My interview was on Skype, but it usually takes place in a Club Med office. A group of candidates receives training on Club Med's history and concept. Then, group situational exercises and team activities are conducted, followed by individual interviews.
