We had an Apt test in a computer room, then a Group Task Force Interview which involved a group discussion and a group presentation, followed by an individual interview at the Power Plant in Lung Kwu Tan. After that, there was a Panel Interview, and an individual interview in a room at the CLP headquarter. It seems like all three stages were designed to screen candidates out. The Panel interview had some technical elements, but the Task Force interview wasn't necessarily technical and felt more like a management trainee interview.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • What are your thoughts on CLP's business operations?
  • Could you explain the principles of Thermodynamics?
  • What motivates your interest in this particular role and our company?
