Software Development Engineer in Test
The interview process was quick and smooth, with excellent communication. I got the decision the day after the second round of interviews. The interview itself was about 30 minutes and focused a lot on behavioral questions. They asked things like why I applied, how I handle task prioritization, and my approach to troubleshooting issues with web feature triggers.

Software Developer
So I applied with my resume and portfolio, I have experience with React, Next.js, Node.js and some personal projects on GitHub. Then I got a technical assessment, it was a take-home coding project. I tried to do it like a real job task, writing clean code and documenting my choices.

Analyst
I first got contacted by a recruiter from the company. We had a few calls before moving forward. The main interview was a nearly 3-hour session with three different management levels, about an hour each. I really enjoyed it; it was straightforward, unlike the many interviews I had with other companies. I think it's a smart process and wish more companies did it this way.

Marketing Senior Vice President
The initial interaction was a bit different than expected. Instead of a typical interview, the hiring manager reviewed my candidate package with me via screenshare. It turns out the recruitment for this position was on hold until my referral came in. The whole process felt a bit unorganized. I asked about the interview process and who I'd be meeting, but the hiring team couldn't give me straight answers, just vaguely saying I'd meet with 8-9 people. He mentioned this reflected their decision-making style. After a six-week silence, the recruiter contacted me urgently to update my candidate package to highlight my 'end-to-end marketing experience.' Apparently, he wasn't always in the loop on decision-making, which might explain the changes and delays. Scheduling with the rest of the hiring team went pretty smoothly, though a couple of meetings were rescheduled. However, a meeting with the hiring manager was suddenly postponed an hour before it was supposed to happen and was never rescheduled even after I followed up — basically ghosted. Ultimately, it wasn't a good fit.
