I had a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a 1-hour interview with the team lead. The lack of follow-up after my interview was really unprofessional. The team lead told me to follow up multiple times if I didn't hear back after a week, saying the recruitment team was busy. I never heard anything back even after sending a thank you and two requests for updates. A simple rejection would have been appreciated.

The interview process was quick, taking about 2 weeks from start to finish. This 2-week period included the phone screen, the in-person interview at the Jersey City office, and the final decision. The recruiter was very responsive. My experience began with a phone screen. Following that, I interviewed at Clover Health in Jersey City. The in-person interview was very thorough and lasted several hours. Everyone I met was friendly and welcoming. The questions asked were standard interview questions, not too difficult or unusual.

I got a message on LinkedIN about a job. First, I had a call with HR. Then, I did multiple video interviews, and the last one was in person at their NJ office. People from the San Fransisco office were on the video calls. Everything went really well. HR kept in touch, though sometimes they were a bit late for calls. Overall, it was a good experience and I liked their work.
