Applied directly and heard back within 5 days from the internal recruiter to schedule an initial call. An interview was scheduled for 7 days later with two Team Leads. The interview involved a presentation on specific topics and general questions, conducted online. After the interview, I had to chase for an update a week later and had another call with the internal recruiter. I was informed it wasn't a definite 'yes' or 'no' but they would follow up in a few days. This continued for another week with emails lacking substance. It's now been over 4 weeks since the interview, and I've received no feedback, update, or offer. Very disappointing to be ignored by the internal recruiter and CloudPay.

I am generally pleased with how the interview process went. They were upfront about the role, what was needed, and what the job entailed. The talent specialist was super helpful, always there to clear up any confusion and easy to talk to, and got back to me fast. Since I was changing careers, the talent specialist actually pointed me towards the most fitting job opening and even gave me tips on how to tweak my resume to highlight my recent education better. They always managed expectations well during the interviews and kept me in the loop about what was coming next and how long it would take. I'm really happy with my experience and would tell anyone interested in the company to definitely go for their hiring process.
