There were two rounds in total. The first was a brief phone call, and the second was a one-hour interview. Both were conducted in English. Right after the interview, I received a call with an offer, and they accepted my requested salary.

Behavioral Presentation

I first applied for the International Payroll Specialist role and had a video interview with Andrea Koltai and Ildikó Baranyai within 5 days. A week later, HR called to say I interviewed well but they hired someone slightly better, asking if they could contact me if that person didn't work out. I got a standard rejection email. Six weeks later, I reapplied for the same role. After a week of no response, I followed up and was contacted by a different HR person. She said I didn't get the original role but a hiring manager liked my CV for a Global Advisor Role and wanted to interview me. The next day, I had a great interview with Szabina Drabik for the Global Advisor role. They mentioned an urgent need for someone immediately, especially with holidays coming, and that the role didn't require experience. I jokingly said I could start the next day. A week later, HR called to say someone else was chosen, but they offered me feedback on my interview since I did so well. So, the company is hiring a lot, I had two great interviews, and got rejected both times. Maybe I have a big weakness on camera, or something's fishy with this company!

It was a quick process with not much discussion about company specifics. I liked that the interview was bilingual. We also talked about different payroll software and which ones I've used before. I also got to meet some other team members and hear about their experiences working here.
