Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty simple interview process. I first talked to a recruiter, then I met with a senior director and two hiring managers. They asked direct questions about my experience and some behavioral questions. They also asked a couple of data-related questions.

Behavioral Technical

I had three interviews with three different people. They said I'd hear back within two weeks and to reach out if I didn't. The director and manager I interviewed with were great. When I didn't hear back, I followed up with the recruiter who first contacted me, and she ghosted me. It was really rude, especially since I took time off work for multiple interviews. I thought the company was good until that point. Why is it so hard to just tell someone if they got the job? A simple response would have been fine. It's messed up how companies treat people who invest their time interviewing, and they need to be called out. Just letting them know they didn't get it takes nothing. She didn't represent herself or the company well.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I applied online and heard back about a month later for a phone screen. It was about 20 minutes, pretty conversational, with a few real questions and the rest just confirming I could work here. They asked if I could come in for an in-person interview, and I said yes. Then they asked for a cover letter and transcripts. The interview was about 2 weeks after that. It was 4 hours long and included two 1:1 interviews, a presentation by some younger employees, and a 1-hour case study. The 1:1s were also conversational and enjoyable, and I felt comfortable quickly. Most questions were about my resume, but they did ask some standard interview questions too. The presentation was fun and informal, and we could ask questions anytime. It was unique because even though there were about 8 other applicants, the largest group I was in was 5 people. They moved us around well for the interviews and case studies. I got an offer about 5 days later.
