People Manager
This interview process is quite lengthy, with 8 rounds designed to check if you're a good cultural fit and capable of handling the basic responsibilities of the role. Honestly, after all those interviews, the hiring team seems to be a bit incompetent. They either let you go without notice or make your work life so miserable that you end up leaving anyway. I'd advise against joining this organization; you'll probably thank me later.
- They asked me about everything, digging into aspects of my life I wasn't even aware of, making it a journey of self-discovery.
Manager
The process was pretty simple. First, I had a screening with the hiring manager who asked direct, relevant questions. Then, there was a technical interview. It was a good experience even though I didn't get the job.
- Can you tell me about your typical workday?
Senior Manager
After completing three stages of the interview process and submitting a case study, there was radio silence from the hiring team for two months. No polite email or call was received to either confirm the application was unsuccessful or to provide any feedback.
- Who are your collaborators and how do you build sales programs?
