Customer Success Manager
The interview process took a whole two months. It included interviews with the Hiring Manager, HR, a panel, VP and above, and even the founder. They said I didn't get the job after all that time, even though they made it seem like I was still in the running. It wasn't a great experience. They use the STAR method, and the mock presentation was interesting, but it felt like nobody was really paying attention based on the questions they asked afterward. I felt like I did really well, but that's how it goes. I'm not impressed; they didn't seem to get to know me or my skills. My guess is you need to be a good actor to get hired here. The two-month wait was ridiculous, and then I got a generic, impersonal email saying I didn't get the job, despite them saying to reach out and me following up professionally. Not cool.
- Tell me about yourself and provide a mock presentation based on some assumptions.
Customer Success Manager
The interview process was super long with ZERO clarity on how many steps it would be and who would be owning it from their side. On the first interview, no one showed up and no cancelation was sent, and I found out from reaching out to the hiring manager on LinkedIn that she left the company a day earlier and no one was set up to follow up for the interview. During the last step they didn't provide any feedback on why they weren't moving forward.

Customer Success Manager
Technical Interview. One of the first questions you may be asked in a job interview is, “How would you describe yourself?” While you have several options when deciding how to answer this question, the key is to explain why your specific experiences and attributes make you the best fit for the role. Every employer seeks to hire people who enjoy their work, but the word “passion” evokes feelings of dedication and loyalty. When someone is passionate about the work they’re doing, they’re naturally committed to quality and positive outcomes.
- Could you tell me about yourself and why you're a good fit?
- What made you want to apply for the Customer Success Manager role at Cloudflare?
- Can you explain what a DDOS attack is?
