This whole thing took a month. I went through 6 interviews with 6 different managers. They ended it with a generic email saying they found someone better. I asked for feedback and they told me the mock call wasn't great and I didn't ask enough questions. They also admitted they brought me to the 6th interview just to see how I'd do. I questioned why they'd proceed if I wasn't a good fit and if it was just a waste of time for everyone. I also asked for clarification on how many questions I should have asked, given I asked about 20 and ran out. I pointed out that bringing me to a late stage just to 'see how I'd perform' seemed like a waste of time, especially from a big company.

So the interview process is kinda unclear. You first have a chat with a sales leader, where they present some scenarios and then you get to ask them stuff. After that, you go straight into a panel interview. I didn't really get a early talk about the job or the company, and no one went over the basic details with me.

Scheduling the interview was a breeze after applying online. I got an email and picked a time. It was a 30-minute online chat, and the recruiter from London was super helpful and friendly.
