Having worked in TA for a few years I know the ins and outs of the hiring process. I can honestly say, this was the best experience I have ever had in my career. The HM did a great job with letting me know exactly where I was in the process, how many interviews it would be and was always open to new asking questions even though there is a 6 hour time difference between us. After every interview, she reached out to me through email then a video call to let me know where I was and next steps. When describing the culture of the organization and truly stating that it is a “people first” culture, I was sold. Without exaggeration, the best experience I have had in my career.

A current employee referred me. I first spoke with the hiring manager, who then arranged a second call with a recruiter on his team. This recruiter was based in Singapore and the call was about 30 minutes. I haven't heard back since.

The whole interview process was unorganized and unprofessional. My first interviewer was 15 minutes late and went over the allotted time, which meant the next interviewer couldn't use the conference room, so we had to scramble to find another space last minute. It felt like they were more focused on telling me about the company rather than actually interviewing me. I'm not surprised I didn't get an offer since I wasn't given any chance to talk about myself. The recruiter also never told me I didn't get the position, which I thought was rude after I interviewed multiple times and was told I was a 'top contender.' I only found out I wasn't selected when I checked my Jobvite account.
