It was basically exactly what previous reviews said. Started with a recruiter call, then an interview with a manager, then a language test, and if you passed that, a final interview with leads and team members. This 'final' part was a bit misleading because there was still a 'catch up' call with HR later. I was waiting for this job for months and would have bailed if they hadn't kept saying things were 'positive' and they were just waiting on execs for the offer. The HR catch-up call got canceled on the day, rescheduled for two weeks later, and they said I'd hear back the next week. Of course, no decision was made. Then, three weeks after that, they told me the position was no longer available. Felt like a huge waste of time.

After submitting my CV, I was contacted a few days later and had an interview with a really nice HR person. The next day, I interviewed with the Hiring Manager, and I also had a very good impression of them. Then, a month went by with no response. I emailed my HR contact for an update on my application. Another month passed without any reply. So, I emailed the Hiring Manager for feedback or updates. Within minutes, I received a generic automated rejection email from the HR contact I'd emailed the previous month. We applicants understand that unforeseen circumstances, too many applications, being busy, and deadlines are inconveniences. However, what's disrespectful is the lack of updates on delays and rejections. The fact that I got that automatic rejection email only 12 minutes after contacting the HM shows it's possible to keep everyone informed promptly, even when things are busy. My positive impression of the people I spoke with hasn't changed, as I don't know them personally and understand some things might be beyond their control. So, to whoever it may concern within the company: please remember that we take time off to attend interviews and invest our energy just like you do, and we deserve to be treated like human beings. It's not useful to boast about high morals and a wholesome company culture on your website if these values aren't actually upheld.

So first I had a zoom call with the recruiter, then I talked to the associate producer. After that I had to do a translation test. Then I had another interview with the associate producer again and the localisation manager.
