3D Vehicle Artist
My first interview experience was incredibly smooth and positive. It provided valuable insights and confidence that will definitely help in future interviews. I truly appreciate the opportunity and support. I look forward to applying again when a suitable position becomes available. Thank you for the warm and professional experience—it has greatly encouraged me in my career journey.

Technical Designer
I had a terrible interview experience three times. First, I was given a test that seemed to be designed by a student, which was frustrating given my 20+ years of experience. Second, I applied for a Lead Technical Designer position and after several interviews, was offered a choice of three senior/lead roles. I selected Lead AI Designer, but the recruiter ghosted me after the final interview. A year and a half later, I reapplied and was only contacted via LinkedIn, even though I prefer email. When I asked about my previous application, I was told a prior email didn't reach me, but ironically, I immediately received an automated receipt from the same email address from a year and a half ago, proving it was working fine. Because of this, I won't be supporting Star Citizen anymore.

Localization Specialist
It was basically exactly what previous reviews said. Started with a recruiter call, then an interview with a manager, then a language test, and if you passed that, a final interview with leads and team members. This 'final' part was a bit misleading because there was still a 'catch up' call with HR later. I was waiting for this job for months and would have bailed if they hadn't kept saying things were 'positive' and they were just waiting on execs for the offer. The HR catch-up call got canceled on the day, rescheduled for two weeks later, and they said I'd hear back the next week. Of course, no decision was made. Then, three weeks after that, they told me the position was no longer available. Felt like a huge waste of time.
- Why are you interested in this company.
3D Environment Artist
You first send over your CV, cover letter, and portfolio. Then, they'll reach out to schedule a call to discuss the job, the company, and you. Following that, you'll receive an art test to complete within a reasonable timeframe. After submitting the art test, there's another call to discuss it. Finally, they'll let you know if they want to hire you. They offer feedback if you ask for it, which is a nice touch. Everyone was really pleasant during the process. Even though I didn't get the job, they made me feel good about it.
- Were you open to relocating to their studio, as they weren't offering remote positions at that time?
