I had 3 interviews for this role. The first one was over the phone since I was out of state. They scheduled my second interview right after that. For the second interview, we went for coffee and they told me about the company. It was more of a chat than an interview. The third interview happened right after I got back from the second one and was brief, mostly to go over what we talked about in the second interview.

I had an initial 10-minute interview where they explained the job. The next day, I had a second interview for about an hour and a half, grabbing coffee with an owner who discussed the office model and expectations. Then, there was a very brief third interview at the office to finalize things. I received a call later that day with a job offer.

Applied online on Zip recruiter. Got email replies and interviews set up within several days. Three rounds interviews totally. This is basically MLM and they require you to work from 8am to 6pm and pays bad. Boring interviews, jobs and office.
