The interview process took about 5 weeks and had 4 rounds. First, a 30-minute chat with the TA team. Then, a 30-minute meeting with the Director of Professional Services. The third round was a 60-minute panel interview with people from the specific team I was applying to. The final round was a 30-minute talk with the VP of Services. I think the CEO also reviews candidates before an offer is made. The TA person was really good at keeping me updated all through the process.

I applied online by submitting my resume, cover letter, and answering some basic demographic questions. A few weeks later, I spoke with the VP of Services. It felt more like a chat than a formal interview. The following week, I interviewed with one of the directors. A few weeks after that, I was asked to prepare and demo a Salesforce configuration overview for a nonprofit. Some other reviews mentioned spending a lot of time on this, so I limited myself to 24 hours to complete it, knowing I could get carried away making something too complex to demo in 30 minutes. This helped me keep it concise. After that, I waited about a month for a final interview with the CEO, and then I got the offer.

Had several phone/video interviews. There was a 30-minute presentation/training for a panel. The interviewers were all very nice and the interviews felt more like conversations than a typical Q&A. The CEO is the final interviewer, and I think that interview is really important since it's his company. After 5 interviews, including a presentation that took a lot of preparation, it would have been better to get a rejection by phone call instead of email.
