Account Executive
Even though their job posts say NP experience is a 'nice to have,' I interviewed twice and met all the requirements, but they said I didn't have enough industry experience. The hiring manager seemed uninterested and arrogant during the interview. They claim to be mission-driven, but it feels more like a bureaucratic, revenue-driven consultancy.

Consultant
There were supposed to be 2-3 rounds of interviews. I had a screening/ intro call with the HR a couple of times over the last few months, on different occasions but it never worked out for one or the other reason. It seemed like they liked my profile always and were happy to move me forward in the process during the call, but then either ghosted me or replied saying they’d found another candidate. The requirements for the role were always ambiguous as one or the other illogical reasons were used to justify their reason behind not moving forward with my candidacy. Since this happened on multiple occasions, I wouldn’t recommend working in a company where the internal team is not aligned on requirements and expectations. Very weird experienced considering the firm used to be good.

Consultant Analyst
I had a good interview with Cloud for Good. They were looking at my problem-solving and facilitation skills. I had a hands-on Salesforce demo to show I could use the platform for real situations. They really focused on the customer, asking how I'd use Salesforce to make customer experiences better. They wanted short, clear answers, especially in the demo, showing they value good communication and explaining tech stuff simply. After the interview, they suggested updating my LinkedIn, highlighting how important an online professional image is. They also really pushed on knowing what I want for my career, as they like candidates who know their goals and how they fit the company.

Managed Services Consultant
I had a short chat with a recruiter, then a longer interview with two team members. They seemed stressed and one was new to the company and industry, which was a bit concerning given the manager's unfamiliarity with the field. Despite that, the conversation went well and they seemed impressed with my skills. I was given an assignment and a presentation scheduled for about a week later. The assignment was manageable and suited my abilities. For the presentation, the original two team members and a third person attended. This third person was unfriendly, didn't introduce themselves, and asked strange, aggressive questions, seeming to mock my solution. Shortly after, the recruiter informed me I didn't get the job. I later learned the salary offered was significantly lower than a comparable role I accepted elsewhere.
- How would you handle dealing with several urgent client issues simultaneously?
