I was asked to come into the store for a one on one interview with a manager. The manager was polite and very friendly. She asked about my previous experience at other retail and clothing stores. I said I had worked at Macy's and Pier One Imports in the years past so I had sales associate experience. I said that I loved working in retail because I am a people person and I'm always ready to assist customers in any way I can. The manager said that she had watched me handle the customer from a distance and that I was very professional and I did the best I could. She extended an offer to me.

It was a waste of time, two ladies who didn't seem to know I could share my experience. Online, they don't seem to want good workers. They asked a lot, but when I asked if I had questions, I said no because I had already checked Glassdoor for everything I needed to know. I think they don't like giving good people opportunities. Anyway, it was a second-hand store. Too much for a company without benefits and minimal wages.
