It was very straight to the point and not hard at all. Talked about past experience and went over details for job. The interview was short and job was offered on spot.

I applied online and they called me back within a week. We scheduled an interview for about a week later; they offered an earlier date but I was traveling so I asked to reschedule. When I arrived for the interview, I waited about 5 minutes before meeting with the manager. We spoke one-on-one in her office for about 20 minutes. Dress professionally but trendy. I was worried I didn't get the job because it took a few days to hear back, but they called with an offer about 3 days after the interview.

The interview was in person and took about 15 minutes. They asked some basic questions about my experience in retail and customer service. They also asked about my personal style and the brands I'm familiar with. There were questions about teamwork and how to drive sales. They asked if I had any questions. They went over the job description and asked about my availability.

It was very casual. I went into the store to apply. The owner reviewed my application when I turned it in, and asked me to come back in the next day for an interview. I was interviewed by the manager. She asked me a few general interview questions about my past jobs, strengths and weaknesses. I was offered the job right away and we went over the pay and the schedule for me to start the following week.
