It was a three stage process. One phone call, one zoom meeting, and one in person meeting. They really take their time and are thorough. The people and their personalities are lively and fun while still being business like.

A recruiter reached out the day after I applied and we chatted about the job, onboarding, and basic sales stuff. She then asked if I wanted to interview and I said yes, whenever they were free. She set up an interview with the sales manager for the next day. I did some research beforehand and asked about their sales strategy, team morale, new tech, and inter-departmental collaboration. The interviewer seemed a bit surprised I'd done research and didn't really sell the company, seeming uninvested after a couple of my questions.
