Account Executive
The interview process started with a professional and structured phone call with Corporate HR. Be ready for it. Then, I met with the local Clipper management, usually at a Panera because they don't have offices. It was very informal. The manager seemed too self-absorbed to focus on the details.
- Tell me about your greatest weakness.
Account Executive
It was a phone interview that lasted about two hours. The recruiter was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information. They started by asking me questions about myself, then explained the job role, and finally gave me an opportunity to ask questions about the company.
- Can you share an example of a highly successful sale you made?
- Describe a situation where things didn't go as planned.
Account Executive
I applied through Indeed and had two phone interviews with different inside recruiters. After that, I had a 1:1 with the Regional Manager. Then there was no communication even after I emailed the recruiter to find out the next steps, which was really confusing because it felt like everything was leading to an offer.
- Can you describe a typical day of cold calling in the field?
- What was your previous experience working with other representatives in your office?
