The interview had two main parts: first, an interview with the hiring manager, and then a panel interview with five people. I got an agenda beforehand, which helped me feel really prepared. All the interviewers asked good questions and were very friendly.

I had an initial phone screen, and the next step would have been an in-person interview at the office. The person on the phone had me on speaker, which was my first red flag, and they didn't seem to grasp my answers. They also had a bad attitude during our chat, making me not want to continue with the company. They never got back to me.

The whole interview process was pretty quick, wrapping up in about two weeks. I liked that they really focused on whether I'd be a good cultural fit, which is important to me. It started with a quick phone interview, then a video interview that went for a few hours because I hadn't moved yet. After I relocated, I met with someone at their office and even joined them for lunch, which gave me a good feel for what the company does and the challenges they're tackling.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • None of the questions were very difficult; you should be fine if you prepare.
  • The company emphasized cultural fit, which is important to me.
